SHIPPING: 

All StoneLuxe500 orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days via UPS of freight carrier, depending on order size and destination. Freight shipments may be required for larger volume orders.

Please report any damaged shipments within 24 Hours of delivery with photos of product and packaging so we can file a claim and reship replacement.

RETURNS:

Shipping charges are non-refundable on all returned orders. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
